A clear account of the information behind the workflow.

Permitova is a compliance information and workflow support product for exterior-work teams. The information handled by the app depends on the features you use.

• Account and session data, such as the information used to sign in and keep an account session active.
• Company readiness records, including company profile details, license or registration records, and readiness documents connected to an account.
• Address processing, when you submit a property address for a jurisdiction lookup and its related municipal requirements.
• Workspace-scoped lookup history, which records a searched address, its matched jurisdiction or no-match outcome, confidence when available, and the lookup timestamp for signed-in accounts.
• Contact submissions, including the name, email address, message, and timestamp submitted through the contact form.

Permitova uses this information to provide account access, compare company records with readiness requirements, return jurisdiction information, understand whether lookup flows are working, and respond to contact requests.

The app may also use information to maintain and improve the product. Permitova does not turn a lookup result into legal advice or a promise that a job is approved, permitted, or ready to proceed.

Municipal requirements and company circumstances can change. Review results and source information with the relevant city, county, or other authority before relying on them for a job, sale, permit, license, or registration decision.

The app stores account, readiness, lookup-event, workspace lookup-history, and contact records in its application data systems so the related features can operate. Lookup history is scoped to the signed-in workspace that created it. Anonymous lookups are not saved as history. This page does not promise a fixed retention period; records may remain while they are needed for the feature or an active business conversation.
